I arrived at my appointment time and my vehicle was taken to the service bay as soon as I arrived. I had my oil changed and tire rotation and inspection. Within 30 minutes I was on my way home. The service manager and auto tech were very professional and courteous. The work was performed to my satisfaction with no complaints.

My experience with the Premier GMC Service department was exceptional. The service was prompt and after having driven my truck since service, it runs a nd operates excellently. My 2016 Canyon has run for 194k miles with minimum issues and maintenance from the Premier service staff when I did require service has been superb! Thank you Premier GMC!!!

Clark,got my car in as soon as he could,knowing my medical needs. Eric gave me a loner even though they were short of vehicles,(but I was with the understanding if they needed it returned I definitely would comply. ) The work is always done in the most professional manner. Everyone is always super nice. This time there was some confusion about the date of appt and we brought the car on the wrong day. They didn’t even tell us until we picked it up that they had us scheduled the following week. They just made time and did the oil change and service anyway.

Everyone was pleasant to deal with from the service advisor to the mechanic that took time to show the old parts to me and explain the repairs. I had my truck previously at another GMC dealership (4) times to handle the repairs, without success, that were made in one trip here.

Austin the salesman was fine, however, I will never go back due to the way I was treated by the store Manager Billy. He was rude and arrogant. He refused to come down at all the price, however we still worked out a deal, as I wanted to buy local and my parents have bought many cars from here from the previous manager over the past several years. I was told I was getting two key fobs and after I signed papers, they could only find one and this was never offered to be made be right, even though I paid $53k for the vehicle. The finance guy was on his phone with his child while doing my paperwork. I loved the truck and was treated fairly by Austin but again will not go back due to Billy due to his lack of professionalism and customer service.

First time taking my truck to Premier, GMC, Rittman, grateful for the prompt and courteous service. Although working solo, Shannon took her time to answer all my questions related to my oil change and the future purchase of new tires for my 2026 2500 HD AT4. Another great service experience from my friends at Premier GMC. Was in for an oil change prior to an out-if-state trip. Was alerted to worn out rear breaks and was able to have them replaced within an hour. The team also tested my battery and replaced the battery in my key fob. Great service and communication!

Went in for routine service and during the tire rotation they found a bolt imbedded in a new tire. It was too big to plug there so they recommended a place. I took it there and the problem was resolved. The mechanic also sought out and fixed the source of a vibrating noise. I'm very appreciative.
