Tina at Premier went above and beyond the call of duty to help fix my car with an extended warranty situation that wasn’t from your dealership. She was patient she was kind she even made me laugh when I was ready to cry. And Clark was wonderful at the service desk and gave me a loaner vehicle with heated seat, seats and heated steering wheel, which was heavenly was super cold out. I can’t speak more highly of Premier dealership service department and have been thrilled every time I’ve been there.

I also had indicated previously that I had problems with ignition. They could not identify the problem now they identify the problem when it’s out of warranty and want to charge me $750. I scheduled my appointment for an oil change online and it worked well, sometimes it feels like these systems don't work and you need to call them anyways. We dropped my vehicle off the night before and there was ample parking spots, I wasn't concerned with my vehicle getting scratched. As my vehicle was getting worked on they called me with updates. I will definitely do repeat business with this location.
