I had interior detailing done in my vehicle. It started by me ordering new mats for my Acadia. When I went to pick them up I decided to schedule an interior detail. Eric from sales , who I purchase the car from kept my floor mats for me until the detail was complete. He personally installed them for me before I picked it up. The car looks brand new and I'm extremely happy

I had the first service done on my new Acadia. This is my second Acadia that I’ve purchased through Premier and it’s always a good experience. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to buy my vehicles. Everyone there is always friendly and so helpful. All of my service has been done through Premier as well. Tina at Premier went above and beyond the call of duty to help fix my car with an extended warranty situation that wasn’t from your dealership. She was patient she was kind she even made me laugh when I was ready to cry. And Clark was wonderful at the service desk and gave me a loaner vehicle with heated seat, seats and heated steering wheel, which was heavenly was super cold out. I can’t speak more highly of Premier dealership service department and have been thrilled every time I’ve been there.

I have had nothing but problems with this truck. I continue to bring it in every several months to have the same issue worked on however, it does not get resolved. I also had indicated previously that I had problems with ignition. They could not identify the problem now they identify the problem when it’s out of warranty and want to charge me $750. This truck is nothing but a lemon

I scheduled my appointment for an oil change online and it worked well, sometimes it feels like these systems don't work and you need to call them anyways. We dropped my vehicle off the night before and there was ample parking spots, I wasn't concerned with my vehicle getting scratched. As my vehicle was getting worked on they called me with updates. I will definitely do repeat business with this location.

I arrived at my appointment time and my vehicle was taken to the service bay as soon as I arrived. I had my oil changed and tire rotation and inspection. Within 30 minutes I was on my way home. The service manager and auto tech were very professional and courteous. The work was performed to my satisfaction with no complaints.

Another great service experience from my friends at Premier GMC. Was in for an oil change prior to an out-if-state trip. Was alerted to worn out rear breaks and was able to have them replaced within an hour. The team also tested my battery and replaced the battery in my key fob. Great service and communication!

My experience with the Premier GMC Service department was exceptional. The service was prompt and after having driven my truck since service, it runs a nd operates excellently. My 2016 Canyon has run for 194k miles with minimum issues and maintenance from the Premier service staff when I did require service has been superb! Thank you Premier GMC!!!

Everyone is always super nice. This time there was some confusion about the date of appt and we brought the car on the wrong day. They didn’t even tell us until we picked it up that they had us scheduled the following week. They just made time and did the oil change and service anyway.
