If you want a truck with a lot of power, you are in good hands with the 2023 Hummer EV! It comes with three electric motors powered by a sizeable 212-kWh battery pack mounted to the vehicle's floor. Usually, a battery of this size would take a long time to charge, but the Hummer EV has an 800-volt architecture that allows it to charge full bore at a 350-kW DC fast-charging station. The Hummer EV comes with 100 miles of range and can be added in ten minutes at one of these stations. The total output for this engine is a whopping 1,000 horsepower, making it the most powerful vehicle in its class. You also get well over 300 miles of all-electric range.
Features of the Hummer EV
The Hummer EV is more than just power; it has numerous features that are sure to impress. For starters, it comes standard with an adaptive air suspension which adjusts for suspension firmness and ride height, torque-vectoring 4WD with front and rear differential locking capability, a CrabWalk feature, a configurable tailgate, a trailer hitch with brake controller, and 22-inch wheels. Inside the cabin, you will find heated and ventilated front seats, a power-adjustable and heated steering wheel, removable glass roof panels, a 14-speaker sound system, wireless phone charging, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Going off-road? Then may we suggest the Extreme Off-Road package, which has 18-inch black-painted wheels, Goodyear Wrangler MT tires, full underbody skid plating, locking front and rear differentials, recovery hooks, and front and rear underbody cameras. How does the Hummer EV keep you safe?
The Hummer EV has advanced safety systems that will keep you and your loved ones secure no matter where you go! For starters, a Forward Collision Warning system comes with automatic braking to warn you of an impending collision. You can even apply the brakes in certain situations. You also get Blind-Spot Warning with Rear Cross-Path Detection that will let you know when your vehicle is in your blind spot during a lane change or coming up behind you. In addition, the Lane Keeping System will make some minor steering corrections so you can keep your Hummer EV centered in its lane, and a 360-degree camera system will give you a top-down view of the environment of your Hummer EV! Other standard safety features include a rear automated parking system and Super Cruise.
