Covid-19 Response

Premier GMC is fully committed to the health and safety of our guests and staff in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are open for business based on the guidelines set forth by local government and health officials for essential sales and service and adhere to sanitation practices in compliance with the state and CDC guidelines. This includes regular sanitation of all surfaces, door handles, desks, seats, and even pens for when signing. Every employee is committed to making your experience as safe as possible during this challenging time.

SAFETY STEPS FOR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF

  • Training for our employees on maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace and environment for our staff and guests.
  • Daily employee temperature checks
  • Specified intervals for cleaning and disinfecting of high touch point areas throughout the work day including general public areas, door handles, restrooms, railings, pens and other items guests and staff may touch.
  • Available hand sanitizers in plain site for guests and staff use.
  • Floor markings and posted signage
  • Special hours by appointment and/or accommodations for Seniors or other guests needing or requesting special assistance.
  • We ask everyone to do their part to assist with social distancing.

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING IF:

  • You are symptomatic
  • Have a fever
  • Have chills
  • Have repeated shaking with chills
  • Have muscle pain
  • Have headache
  • Have sore throat
  • Have recently lost taste and/or smell
  • Have recently been in direct contact with someone having/tested positive for COVID-19

Symptoms may be mild or severe and may appear two to 14 days after exposure to the virus. As we continue to monitor developments and navigate through these challenging circumstances, we want you to know that you can rely on us to always put you and our employees health and safety first.

FACE MASK REQUIREMENTS

Per the order by Governor Mike DeWine, face masks are REQUIRED to be worn at Premier GMC as well as any other business in Ohio. We take the safety and well being of our customers, employees and their families seriously as well as any compliance consequences. We have posted a Face Mask Covering Requirement sign at all entrances and also REQUIRE all customers to adhere to this order. There are customers who may have a condition that makes it difficult to wear a mask (Pulmonary condition, etc) and we will accommodate those individuals accordingly. Please contact management PRIOR to your visit to set an appropriate and convenient time for your service and visit.
