We recently bought a Yukon Denali XL and were very pleased with the service we received from Jeff Mantz and Lynn Waggy. We felt no pressure from either of them while making our decision. They worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for. They gave us a fair price on our trade in. Jeff spent as much time as we needed to go over all the features of our new vehicle, helping set up some of our features.

The main thing that impressed me was when we told Lynn that we wanted the weekend to decide and her comments were "no problem, this is a big purchase and we want you to be comfortable with it". Really!?!? What a switch from other experiences!

I live in N.C. and had my van worked on just a week ago. They checked for state safety inspection and it passed. I came up to Ohio and had problems on the way up. I came to Premier GMC and they found serious problems that could have cauesed me to wreck. Thank goodness they found and corrected the problem. They probably saved our lives finding the problem. The place in N.C. didn't find anything wrong. The price for the repairs was reasonable.

" As a woman who knows nothing about mechanics, I was discouraged when my 135k mile car was making yet another annoying noise. Here I go again, I’m totally at a service department’s mercy. I didn’t want to dump anymore money into my car, I just wanted to squeeze a few more months of driving out of it. In about 10 minutes he returned and told me the car had a lot of miles and when the engines get older they make some noise, but it was perfectly safe to drive. He advised that I be diligent about my oil changes. I couldn't believe it! He didn’t even charge me! A service guy who didn't try to soak me for a grand? I was ecstatic! I am a single parent with 2 children and we have been on our own for 9 years. She is now 14 yrs. old, and I so wanted this dance to be special. You and my friends made it possible! I bought her dress at a consignment shop, she spent her own babysitting money on her shoes which she got for $3.00 at the same consignment shop. My friend did her hair (who is a senior at WRH in cosmetology) , her dad paid for her nails and her boyfriend paid for her ticket and bought her dinner at the Galaxy.
